Gmail Multi is a private tool operated by Stan Tsang (hotshades2005@gmail.com) for his own businesses' inboxes.
What it accesses. With the account owner's consent, it reads, labels, drafts and sends email in the connected Gmail
accounts (scope gmail.modify). It cannot permanently delete email.
How data is used. Email content is used only to answer customer questions about orders placed with the connected stores and to let the account owner manage the inbox through Claude. Message text may be processed by Anthropic's Claude to classify emails and draft replies. Data is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to train models by this tool.
Storage. Google sign-in refresh tokens are stored encrypted on the operator's server. A log of the tool's actions (sender address, subject, action taken) is kept for auditing. No full email bodies are stored.
Removal. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Contact hotshades2005@gmail.com to have stored data deleted.
